- Edited the Newsletter at the for necessary corrections
- Planned the inclusion of Barangay Profiles in QC at the library website
- Encoded the more than 150 Barangay Profiles in QC in Word file
- Transferred the Word file to PHP file or the web page format
- Asked assistance from Barangay Operations Center for the proofreading
- Proofreading of web page format to check for misspellings and incorrect information (ongoing till February)
- Promotion of the Barangay Profiles at the library website thru: letters of communication to barangays, e-mail blast, poster or streamer at Main Library and branches (planned on March)
- Made clippings and placed index terms, 200 in total
